Dialexa is looking for an experienced product manager to join our growing team of product management consultants. As a product manager, you will guide a multidisciplinary product development team throughout the product’s lifestyle through your ability to conceive, build and launch technology products that create business impact for our clients. You will also play a key role in helping our clients solve monumental challenges and pursue big opportunities. You can quickly get up to speed on new industries and technologies through business analysis and market research, and can translate business product goals into actionable steps for the design and development team. What You’ll Do:
- Lead product strategy and product performance on consulting engagements to help Dialexa clients identify, build and improve technology products that drive business outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between the client, the product’s users and the delivery teams to ensure the team is aligned on the product’s vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Help build Dialexa’s product management capability to deliver and coach clients on how to build and launch world-class products.
- Support Dialexa’s product management capability on business development, proposals, and client selling processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience as a product manager or similar role building and launching B2B and/or B2C digital products. Experience leading a product team is a must. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience working and collaborating with design and development teams who use Agile, Scrum or other iterative software development methodology.
- Experience creating and/or synthesizing the product's strategy, including tracking business objectives & key results, assessing the competitive landscape, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Ability to understand product goals, usage and identify opportunities to drive high-impact changes and improvements to the product. Demonstrated knowledge in setting & monitoring KPIs, A/B testing, growth marketing, user testing, cohort analysis and other analytical frameworks. You are also able to tie all this information together, make informed product decisions and prioritize product(s) features.
- Expertise balancing technical and business requirements for planning product roadmap, prioritizing existing and new features and is comfortable making judgment calls about critical trade-offs.
- Track record with go-to-market, managing technology product launches and/or working with product marketing teams.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, business acumen and the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences in order to facilitate efficient decision making among stakeholders.
- Experience estimating work effort, managing scope and defining timelines for all new product development initiatives.
Location Details:
Open to work-from-home/remote in eligible locations in the United States, with some travel required as determined by business needs. Dialexa does not hire outside of the contiguous United States.
Travel Requirements:
Remote workers should anticipate having to attend certain meetings and/or events in person as dictated by the client or management. We believe in-person interactions are extremely important, especially in the remote environment we now live in, so we expect employees to attend annual company events in person.
Business Hours:
Employees must be available and engaged in work activities during the schedule determined by management (“designated working hours”) during the five-day work week, regardless of their time zone.
