The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, along with proficiency in QuickBooks. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Budget Management:Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, providing insights to management on variances and financial performance.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and collections.Payroll Processing:Coordinate payroll activities, including payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.General Ledger Maintenance:Maintain the general ledger, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Audit Support:Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and support to assist in achieving business objectives.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, with demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks or QBO.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Experience in the graphic design or creative industry is a plus.
