We are on a mission

to liberate humanity from all the meaningless time spent managing their purchases and finances, so they can do more of what they love. Klarna was founded on a bold belief: that people are capable of achieving the extraordinary, even when faced with the seemingly impossible. Our journey has been one of continuous learning, facing immense challenges head-on, dedicating countless hours of hard work, and never wavering in our commitment or resilience - and now we are looking for individuals to join us on our journey and contribute to our mission.

Why join our talent Pool?

Our talent pool is a group of talented individuals. Being part of a talent pool allows candidates to be considered for multiple roles that match their skills and interests within the company. This can be especially appealing for those who are open to exploring different teams and projects, rather than being fixed on one specific role.

Benefits

Faster Hiring Process:

Once in the talent pool, candidates can be quickly matched to new openings as they arise. This reduces the wait times typically associated with starting new applications for each role, allowing for a more efficient transition into new positions and allowing a more streamlined recruitment process.

Career Development:

Klarna’s approach to pool hiring suggests a commitment to finding the right place for each employee within the organization where they can grow and succeed. This is a strong draw for candidates focused on personal and professional development.

Exposure to Diverse Projects:

Candidates have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different teams, enhancing their experience and exposure within the company. This variety can be very attractive, particularly to those who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy continuous learning.

Job Security with Flexibility:

Being part of a talent pool often comes with the security of employment while also providing flexibility regarding the specific assignments and projects. This balance is highly valued in today's job market, where candidates seek stability without stagnation.

Insight into Company Culture:

Going through the interview process and interacting with various team members gives candidates a deeper insight into the company culture and operations. This can help them make an informed decision about whether the company aligns with their career goals and personal values.

Networking Opportunities:

Participating in a talent pool facilitates networking with a broad spectrum of professionals within the company, aiding in career growth and expanding one’s professional network internally.
