As a Solution Architect at Bridgeway, you will be responsible for creating and designing technical solutions using Bridgeway ISSI platforms and technologies for our customers. You will leverage your superior knowledge of our technologies to evaluate business requirements and address unique business needs, information, and technology to solve specific problems. You will work closely with the Project Manager to manage tasks and mitigate risks for successful implementation. This role requires a significant breadth of knowledge in the technical and business inner workings of Bridgeway ISSI platforms and technologies.This position is fully remote, with travel estimated to be 10% or less.Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers and internal teams to design, describe, and manage the solution engineering and fund definitions to align with customers' business needs.
  • Lead the technical vision across modules for the solution to be implemented.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, profiling, and design meetings with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into viable solutions that enable desired business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, to business and technology stakeholders at various levels, tailoring the content to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure solutions meet Bridgeway standards.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple implementation projects effectively.
  • Guide customers in implementing the system based on Bridgeway core functionality.
  • Support SDLC/PMLC processes, software support processes, and integration testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Bridgeway products, solutions, and capabilities in the Taft-Hartley market and multi-employer benefits office workflows.
  • Produce revenue-generating deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ prior experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, with knowledge within the Taft-Hartley market and understanding of Bridgeway ISSI Software Platforms.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise and consistently applying best practices.
  • Capable of managing small to medium-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and provide recommendations.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and knowledge within assigned product domain.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance.
  • Leadership role in projects and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
