- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Book appointments and provide support to patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
- Process prescriptions, referral letters, and other health documentation
Requirements
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in customer service or call centre roles is a plus
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
