We are looking for a skilled Applications Analyst to join our growing Technology organization at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies. The primary focus of this role is to understand how data flows within our organization. As an Applications Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate business process improvement, system development and enhancements, and application support. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with key individuals in our organization and act as a liaison with our vendors to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems while ensuring alignment with Bridgeway’s goals. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate who is technically inclined, autonomous, and willing to take direction for enhancements and projects. The role also requires a self-starter mentality and strong desire to learn and understand how systems interact with each other.
This is a remote position. East coast candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise solutions, specifically, Clarizen, FreshDesk, Azure DevOps, Intactt, Hubspot, ADP and Lattice.
  • Document and analyze the flow of data between systems
  • Create flowcharts to visualize data flows and understand the authoritative sources of data.
  • Identify and gather requirements for areas of improvement and quality assurance checks.
  • Work closely with the IT team and contribute to enterprise systems projects and enhancements.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between systems to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Take the lead in troubleshooting and coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve any issues.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
  • Participate in designated month-end processes,ensuring data accuracy and integrity are recorded in the proper repository.
  • Collaborate with vendors as needed to maintain and optimize integrations.
  • Demonstrate technical skills and handle integration maintenance tasks.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Management of Information Systems
  • Minimum of 1-year professional experience in information technology required.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of scripting practices, integration development, and data conversion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data flow and integration concepts.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining applications and user accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Technical skills or willingness to learn technical aspects related to system administration and integration maintenance.
