As a member of the BitTitan MigrationWiz marketing team, the Partner Marketing Specialist plays an essential role in driving partner growth and development across global field sales territories, including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Leveraging a blend of innovative digital marketing strategies, such as social media engagement, targeted email campaigns, compelling video case studies, and localized content development, this position focuses on empowering partners and fostering their success.
Collaborating seamlessly across departments within the global BitTitan organization—including Sales, Global Marketing, and Marketing Operations—the Partner Marketing Specialist coordinates cohesive campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing partner enablement, driving demand, and ultimately increasing revenue. This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of creativity, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making and is instrumental in shaping the success of our partners and the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities


  • Own global social media marketing and ROI
  • Work with sales, marketing, product management and other internal
  • teams as needed to define and meet event objectives for each partner and project
  • Discover and manage paid and free partner marketing opportunities with key managed accounts
  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute joint go-to-market
  • (GTM) campaigns with key partners aligned to the sales strategy and goals
  • Develop and distribute partner marketing campaigns, webinars, datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing assets as needed to support partner enablement
  • Manage partner product SKU and purchasing pages to ensure they are up-to-date
  • Maintain in-language content and assets as needed for partners
  • Track ROI of partner marketing activities

Requirements


  • 2+ years relevant marketing experience
  • Marketo experience (or similar marketing automation platform) a plus
  • B2B copywriting and product positioning experience
  • Experience making data driven decisions, recommendations and reporting

  • Self-starter with a business development mentality
  • Internal and customer stakeholder management skills
  • Passion and interest in new cloud technology
  • Experience in a B2B marketing cloud technology company
  • Experience with partner, distribution, or channel marketing
  • Experience with social media campaigns and implementation

Education


  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS), in business/marketing, public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field

Language Skills


  • Read and communicate fluently in the English language
