Provide support for Windows systems running on 2012/2016/2019. Activities includes troubleshooting, patching, backing up / restoring of VM’s, deploying new VM’s and working with application teams on Middleware support.
Task Description: Linux Administrative activities include:
Patching servers monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities
Resolve daily issues on Windows servers and escalate if assistance required
Troubleshoot issues on Windows AD
Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation
Resolve help desk tickets
Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements
Required skills/Level of Experience :
Should have working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
Identify backup failures of VM’s and work with Backup admin to resolve the issues.
Reset passwords, create accounts, Assign permission. - Manage file mounts, monitor space usage and increase as appropriate.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance
