Work Location
: Conshohocken, PA
Responsibilities:
- Configure forwarding, redirection and Linux firewalls using iptables
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex networking systems
- Bandwidth modeling across multi-hop network for all protocols
- Design, implement, and maintain complex VPN networks using cloud based and local devices over high speed and low speed networks
- Generate Network Diagrams
- Maintain Linux servers
- Collaborate with Project managers and clients to discover requirements
Minimum Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or equivalent
- Understanding of hardware and software concepts, and networking concepts such as IP routing and switching and VPN architectures, and OSI model layers 1-3
- AWS or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Experience with configuration management
- Experience with IP traffic and troubleshooting network protocols
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time
- Must be able to work on-site in Conshohocken, PA
- Must have the ability to obtain a United States Security Clearance
Preferred:
- Experience with JIRA and git
- Experience using DevOPS automation and build tools
- CCNA or similar certification
- Linux command line
- Experience working with large government networks
