Responsibilities
- Write embedded C code for engine controllers and other electro-mechanical devices
- Produce defect-free software while balancing execution efficiency, memory consumption, and maintainability
- Contribute to the software libraries and tools used on embedded platforms
- Support customers and engine calibration engineers by answering software-related implementation questions
- Develop interdisciplinary skills and application knowledge to support software feature definition and product development
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Proficient in C software development
- 5 years of experience required
- Strong interest in writing embedded software
- Embedded microcontroller software development experience preferred
- Capable of reading and interpreting basic DC electrical system schematics preferred
- Motivated, self-sufficient, technically diverse, and easily adaptable
