Kinder, more supportive care.RoleWhile our business priorities and evolution of our business will drive a lot of the work you will perform, you can expect that you will work on projects similar to below:
- Support senior leadership on various strategic projects
- Develop market research on geographies where Belong Health is considering market entry, including market incumbents, future partner needs assessment against Belong Health solutions & capabilities, provider practice landscape
- Support existing growth objectives and partnership projects
- Develop a sophisticated understanding of government health plan offerings/complex plans that Belong Health does not currently offer and recommend new future growth channels
- Liaise with policy experts to identify opportunities for Belong Health to capitalize on new market entry opportunities based on regulatory changes in local markets
- Provide operational support on new product lines and services, from market needs analysis to go to market operations

A bit about you:
- Currently enrolled in a top business school program for a Masters degree or higher
- Passionate about healthcare; specifically, energized about serving complex-needs patients
- Experience working in healthcare, ideally with work history in consulting, finance, business development, banking, and/or venture capital/private equity
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial; you take initiative and create your own momentum
- Highly analytical, with strong quantitative skills
- Solutions-oriented
- High EQ; skilled collaborator and highly effective at relationship building
- Excited about working in an early-stage environment; bonus points if you have experience in start-ups
