Your goal is to convert leads into closed deals, collaborating closely with the operations team to secure partnerships in commercial cleaning, contributing directly to Tailos' revenue and market growth. This role demands a hands-on, independent, and detail-oriented individual with experience in leading new product sales.

- Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality and commercial cleaning industry, focusing on hotel properties, building services, management companies, and commercial real estate
- Conduct targeted outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with company offerings.
- Initiate and schedule discovery calls with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present solutions using robot vacuum technology.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, working closely with marketing, operations and account executives to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Work closely with the Account Executives and Sales Managers to share insights, provide feedback, and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and contribute to the overall visibility and growth of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience, demonstrating proficiency across direct, indirect, and partner channels.
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on generating leads and qualifying opportunities.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the value proposition of robot vacuum technology in the hospitality and commercial cleaning sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas, coupled with experience in planning and executing growth strategies across new segments and industry verticals.Collaborative communicator with proficiency in CRM tools, and demonstrated excellence in delivering value-driven enterprise SaaS sales within targeted industry verticals.
