At Vitable Health, our team of engineers, clinicians, and operators are building a delightful and affordable primary care offering designed specifically for the 80 million Americans who are uninsured or under-insured.We built Vitable because healthcare is complex and expensive, but everyone needs it.  Our vertically integrated primary and urgent care health program is delivered through a network of nurse practitioners via virtual or in-home visits. We designed our plan to make high-quality concierge care accessible to everyone.We're growing quickly and are well-capitalized from world-class investors like YCombinator, Softbank, and First Round Capital along with incredible founders and operators with experience building and funding unicorns like Michael Seibel (YC, Twitch), Immad Akhund (Mercury), Allison Pickens (Gainsight), Jack Altman (Lattice), Dan Folkman (GoPuff) and others.

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated team members to join Vitable and help us deliver care to more members! 

The Role


  • Deliver a delightful healthcare experience by providing exceptional customer service to new and existing members. 
  • Interact with members via phone, email, text, and chat to address any member concerns around appointments, and non-clinical questions about prescriptions, lab work, or other parts of their Vitable plan.  
  • Help find resources to coordinate care for members that need services outside of our scope of care. 
  • Conduct proactive outreach to members or eligible employees to educate them on Vitable’s offering and encourage them to utilize Vitable services.
  • Provide support to Vitable affiliated providers, enabling them to deliver excellent healthcare experiences to our members. 
  • Contribute to small or function-specific projects with guidance and assistance from your manager.
  • Surface and articulate basic problems and explore solutions to existing workflows or internal problems. 

Qualifications 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or operations
  • Experience using Zendesk or equivalent customer relationship management platform.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams within the operations department to help document best practices. 
  • You have strong communication skills and are collaborative, especially when teammates are faced with new challenges.
  • Passionate about healthcare and creating equal healthcare access for all.
