Working closely with Cardless’ Partnership team and our co-brand partners, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive new card holder acquisition and to increase card holder engagement and retention.
You should be a self-starter with partner-facing experience and a successful track record of developing digital and social marketing campaigns and executing across channels.
The Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Cardless’ Partnership team and co-brand partners to identify marketing priorities and opportunities, determine success metrics, and track/report campaign performance.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partner teams, and external agencies to launch and optimize partner marketing programs to deliver on partnership goals.
- Develop creative briefs and project manage brand marketing assets across multiple channels, platforms, and brands, ensuring creative is on-strategy, customer-led, and on-brand.
- Help guide projects through Cardless’ marketing compliance process to ensure bank regulatory approval.
- Analyze campaign KPIs (Penetration, Redemption, Response Rates, Incremental Lifts, ROI) to inform future strategies and optimize marketing investments.
- Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to garner insights that will improve engagement, conversion rate, and customer loyalty in future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal partners and agencies on brief writing, establishing timelines, launching new campaigns, creative testing, implementing/QA'ing tagging and tracking, and monitoring performance to continue growth and success of existing and new acquisition programs
The Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:
- Partnership, marketing, or brand management experience at a brand or agency.
- Credit card/financial services marketing experience is a plus.
- Executing and managing data-driven, integrated brand campaign planning and execution (in online and offline media).
- Managing campaigns from planning through go-to-market execution.
- Creating and overseeing email/SMS/push marketing or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus
Additional Requirements
- A scrappy self-starter and a strong project manager with the ability to bring structure to undefined procedures.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead projects effectively with cross-functional partners, both internally and externally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics/data and a working knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Ads are a plus.
$135,000 - $165,000 a yearCompensation This role has an annual starting salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 + equity + benefits (see below). Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and specific work location.

We're headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a beautiful office in the Mission District (near Dolores Park).
