About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping our clients, particularly associations and non-profits, to select and implement the best technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of business processes within these sectors and the ability to lead system selection and project management effectively.*
This role is based out of the DC, MD, VA area and will sometimes require onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand and engage with association members, streamline processes, and drive efficient achievement of objectives.
- Advise on and implement technology platforms like AMS, CMS, FMS, and LMS.
- Lead technology projects, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion.
- Engage with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and smooth project progress.
- Innovate and propose technology solutions, conduct research, and present compelling proposals to stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage a room and extract vital information.
- Strong organization and planning skills, with a proactive approach and adherence to commitments.
- Project orientation with a blend of creativity for strategic goals and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with functional-area management systems supporting association/nonprofit business needs.
- Experience with 501(c) industry-specific software and system implementation project management.
