At GoCo every team member has a big impact on our business, and on the world!What will I be doing?As a Workato Integrations Engineer, you'll work with our clients to understand what integrations they need and then build those integrations using Workato.In order to be successful, you'll need to do just 3 things:
- Understand What Needs to be Built
- You have to talk to clients to understand what they want to achieve with a Workato integration.
- You have to tell them what can and can’t be done in a graceful way.
- You have to translate their wants into an actual Workato recipe.
- You'll need to closely collaborate with other GoCo departments (especially client success, engineering, and product).
- Prioritize
- You won't be able to build everything all at once so you'll need to prioritize what we should build now vs what we should defer.
- Build it: Be really, really good at creating Workato recipes.
- Efficient: Be able to build complicated recipes fast without generating too many tasks.
- Robust: Some recipes will require error handling.
- QA: Make sure they actually work!
- Any HR experience is a plus!
Necessary Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workato integration services.
- Experience working with and general knowledge of APIs for integration purposes
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues with a client-first approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Proven experience in leading client-facing discussions effectively.
- Advanced organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for thorough data analysis and QA.
- Upholds the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a commitment to continuous learning and industry trend awareness.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative and positive attitude, contributing to a team-oriented work environment.
