Job Summary
The Maintenance Associate will support Adare’s Facility Maintenance operations in Philadelphia by assessing, cleaning, and organizing storage and warehousing areas. The Associate will be expected to carefully and thoughtfully design and put together a proper storage solution which can easily be maintained by the Maintenance Technicians and Engineers. This position requires the ability to organize materials, design efficient solutions, and will work physically with boxes, tools, and shelving.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Maintenance team to understand the best layout for materials
- Physically move and rearrange items
- Create labels and properly place for organization
- Carefully set aside items which may be considered trash and consult with team before disposing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience in Maintenance, Custodial, or Engineering
- GMP Environment experience a plus
- Interest in Process Improvement and Efficiency
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- Ability to physically move and lift items up to 35 lbs.
