Provide support for Network devices from Cisco, Netgear, Dell and Citrix. Activities includes troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance of these network devices. Work with application teams on issues affecting availability
Task Description: Nrtwork Administrative activities include:
Patching devices monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities
Resolve daily issues on network devices and escalate if assistance required
Troubleshoot issues on TACACS, Load balancers, Switches, and routers
Troubleshoot issues on Certificate and PKI infrastructure
Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation
Resolve help desk tickets
Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements
Required skills/Level of Experience :
Should have working knowledge of Cisco, Dell, Juniper and Citrix network devices and load balancers
Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
Identify network failures and resolve the issues.
Reset passwords, create accounts, Assign permission.
