The Sr. Human Capital Business Partner is the focal point for all people and Human Capital activities related to Gabon area specific. This role partners with managers and employees to help deliver a range of HR strategies, programs and policies within the organization.
Requirements
Education • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or commensurate experienceExperience • 7+ years of experience in HR role • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. • Successful experience as an HR leader in oil & gas company is a plus • Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially Employee and labor relations, Talent Acquisition and Employees benefits.Interpersonal Skills • Excellent team player, with leadership skills. • Hands-on approach to work with strong sense of ownership and good business acumen • Structured and responsible, with reliable communication with local management and other HC Teams • Strong analytical skills for problem solving • Self-motivated with good communication skills • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the companyKnowledge • Fluent in English (oral and written) • Organizational effectiveness • Proficient in Microsoft office , Cornerstones • Business Acumen • Deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable Gabonese employment laws and regulations in Oil & Gas
