JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager, DAS & Enterprise Networks, will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and enterprise market. This role will involve identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Reporting to the VP, the Business Development Manager for enterprise DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), enterprise network Systems and 5G solutions sales will play a critical role in expanding our business footprint.
They will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, and driving our strategic goals forward.This position will be responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, meeting planning, and customer inquiry follow-ups to grow financial objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, leveraging industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts. This includes researching the market to find new sectors or industries that might benefit from our products and services.
- Proactively pursue and prospect new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals. This involves understanding the market trends and aligning them with the company’s offerings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at securing new contracts and generating new streams of revenue. This includes client service and retention plans to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies, ensuring our marketing efforts align with our sales objectives.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. This includes tailoring our message to suit different audiences, from tech-savvy industry professionals to potential clients with little knowledge of DAS or 5G technology.
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly, ensuring all client concerns are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Network with industry peers (including competitors) and maintain knowledge of industry trends, allowing us to stay ahead of the curve and anticipate changes in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales, especially within the DAS and 5G sector. This includes a track record of negotiating and closing deals, as well as developing lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. This includes the ability to represent our company at industry events and exhibitions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical ideas and strategies to clients and team members alike.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. This includes excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong drive to achieve business objectives, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
