Marketing Operations Analyst
to own and optimize our marketing tech stack, report on the efficacy of our marketing programs, and provide strategic insights via reporting out of Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach. The Marketing Operations Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the marketing team and other operational groups and gain a strong understanding of how data enters and flows through our system. They will build proficiency with many systems, including Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, Marketo, and more. What you get to do every day:
- Data Management and Analysis: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Zoominfo, and UserGems to collect, clean, and analyze marketing data. Identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Campaign Management: Leverage platforms like Marketo and Outreach to assist in the development, execution, and analysis of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, web). Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals while working closely with marketing team members.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the marketing function, using insights to optimize workflows across the buyer journey.
- Technology Management: Oversee the use and integration of marketing technology tools (including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo, and UserGems), ensuring they are utilized effectively and aligned with marketing objectives. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and optimizing the use of these platforms.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on marketing metrics and campaign performance using Salesforce and Outreach. Highlight key insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects, balancing multiple priorities from various stakeholders.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Excel is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" duties as needed to support the team and business.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
