As a Business Analyst you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between stakeholders, analyzing, and validating IT requirements to refine existing business processes. Your responsibilities will encompass mapping current and future states to ensure alignment with regional and corporate business objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with crafting comprehensive documents, developing reporting mechanisms, and maintaining data integrity. This role demands adeptness in translating intricate technical jargon into easily understandable business language.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions for enhancement.
- Lead regular reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies.
- Keep up with the latest advancements in processes and IT to make systems more efficient.
- Document and disseminate work results through meetings and presentations with peers and management.
- Conduct requirements analysis and user acceptance testing, gathering insights from technical experts and end users.
- Generate insightful reports and analyses by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor business processes and solutions to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
- Manage special projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive change and foster internal communication processes.
- Strong focus on service delivery and building collaborative relationships to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and drive continuous improvement.
- Analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve problems with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in multitasking and working collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Must be open to a Hybrid work schedule of approximately 2 days per week.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
- Strong experience and analytical capabilities in data collection, cleansing, mapping, mining, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, experience with Power BI is a plus.
- A background in Financial Services is a plus.
