Bridgeway Benefit Technologies for our quality software products and professional services expertise to support a wide variety of business-critical needs.At Bridgeway, the Account Executive is responsible for generating and developing business relationships, while growing the company’s revenue through the direct sale of our industry leading software solutions. A strong Account Executive will be an experienced seller, possessing a strong hunter mentality, and can navigate complex sales cycles with multiple executive-level decision makers.This position is remote eligible and requires up to 10% travel, typically within the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Discover, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities by developing and presenting RFPs/SOWs.
- Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders.
- Manage complex sales cycle including forecasting and sales activity. Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
- Present solutions using appropriate sales approaches and techniques, including product demonstrations and team/consultative presentations.
- Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to leverage SME’s where appropriate during the sales process.
- Work with senior management to negotiate contracts and provide all follow-up to deliver signed contracts.
- Utilize network to open revenue pockets while building new business.
Position Requirements
- 8+ years’ complex sales experience, with a preference for candidates in the Taft-Hartley industry
- Experience selling software solutions or benefits, and a solid track record of exceeding sales quotas, with a 6–12-month sales cycle that includes multiple decision makers/influencers
- Consultative selling skills, with the ability to develop multi-level organizational relationships is a must
- Able to create and effectively deliver sales presentations to “C” level and department users in-person, or virtually
- Proven track record in quickly learning complex processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
