To accelerate our vision, Proscia has raised capital from great investors like Scale Venture Partners, Emerald Development Managers, Hitachi Ventures, Flybridge, and more.About the RoleSolutions Architects are the trusted advisors to Proscia’s prospects, showcasing how Proscia’s solutions can be implemented to drive success in Digital Pathology. In this role, you are responsible for guiding our clients through their path of designing their Digital Pathology Solution and setting the stage for how our Professional Services team will help them meet their business goals.

Your role also encompasses contributing to pre-sales activities, requests for proposals, architecting statements of work, and supporting implementations within our client base. Based on your broad knowledge of Healthcare IT systems & services architecture and solution design, you have a central role at the intersection of our Professional Services and Sales team.What We're Seeking

  • Translates customer goals into a solution design exemplifying a customer specific unique value proposition
  • Communicates technical aspects of IT products and services to prospects, customers and sales in clear, simple terms aligning customer goals with solution capabilities
  • Creates technical specification requirements, integration requirements and interface requirements for Proscia’s full portfolio of solutions
  • Contributes to the business case development and completely owns the technical and design components of SOW, RFP / RFI / RFQ
  • Resolves technical issues during negotiations and contracting
  • Keeps up to date with new technology developments

  • Reviews feedback from customers, compiling and analyzing pre-sale technical data and recommends technical changes as appropriate

What You'll Bring

  •  7+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions, with at least 4 years in healthcare IT solutions
  • Strong business acumen – able to identify and articulate key value to customers
  • Experience with technical pre-sales motion with deep professional knowledge of healthcare technologies
  • Comfortable to present solutions to a broad range of customer representatives ranging from Engineers, developers, designers, architects, IT managers and CIO’s.
  • Previous architectural experience with both cloud and on-premise solutions 
  • High level of professionalism in communicating with internal and external customers and partners.
  • Ability to run several projects in parallel and with a passion to work in a scale-up environment
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
