- 0-2 years of experience (1 year preferred but not compulsory)
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- The salary is between $40,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Assist the senior accountants in recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records by verifying and reconciling documentation and resolving discrepancies
- Create journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process accounts payable invoices, reconcile vendor statement discrepancies, and initiate payments
- Collect and record tenant rental payments, apply them accurately, and maintain tenant accounts
- Assist in managing accounts receivable, send monthly statements, and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Investigate any discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare and submit regular cash flow reports to management
