What You’ll DoAs the Partner Marketing and Events Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all marketing and co-marketing initiatives for the partner team, and running point for events Searchspring attends. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely alongside our dedicated partner management around the globe. 

How You Will Succeed


  • Identify, plan, manage and measure all partner marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with the partner team to prioritize initiatives and deliver projects that will increase brand awareness, drive demand generation, increase CLV and keep partners enabled and aware of Searchspring’s product and service innovations
  • Build relationships with with agency and technology partners to develop joint marketing plans and content based on market trends and business needs
  • Develop partner presentations and host regular partner awareness and enablement sessions
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with all active partners
  • Manage partner events and partner marketing communications including, partner newsletter, Searchspring-hosted webinars, partner-hosted webinars, blog and social posts, articles and more
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and RevOps to ensure pre- and post-activity automations and monitoring are in place to deliver the highest ROI for the business and accurately assess performance of initiatives
  • Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies, campaigns, and content
  • Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet and exceed MRR objectives, while ensuring initiatives are inline with brand expectations
  • Evaluate the MRR performance of partners and recommend improvements based on key findings

What We’re Looking For


  • You are an exceptional communicator among a variety of audiences and across multiple mediums. You are able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment, while maintaining a sense of humor and good nature.
  • You know your numbers and are ready to roll up your sleeves to figure out how to achieve the expected results–and you know when to ask for help
  • You take risks and think outside the box when coming up with ideas for attracting customers.
  • Desire to be ahead of the curve and passion for staying current on the latest strategies and tactics of growth marketing practices and trends. A curious learner.
  • You love the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage company, and possess a scrappy, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • 2+ years of partner marketing experience preferably in the eCommerce and/or SaaS industry 
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience is required
  • Team player with strong communication and networking skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative and agile 
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Available to travel (if needed)
