In the capacity of Financial Senior Accountant, your responsibilities encompass account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, audit readiness, and maintenance of internal controls and regulatory reporting. This pivotal role entails managing investment accounting and reporting duties for multiple entities, overseeing a spectrum of accounting, reporting, and administrative tasks.Must Haves:A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any finance/business-related fieldActive CPA License or preparing to take the examKnowledge of Sage 100 or Quickbooks would be a plusMinimum 4+ years of experience in accounting.Salary Range: Range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, reflecting various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs.
Additionally, eligible candidates may participate in our discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and performance factors.Hybrid Work Schedule:2 days in the office/ 3 days from homeWe do not offer relocation expenses but are open to the idea of relocating for the role.Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records of all investment transactions within the system and wealth management platform for multiple entities overseen by the firm.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on company or investing performance, asset changes, and other requested analyses.
- Prepare journal entries/adjusting journal entries to true-up investment balances.
- Assist with various month-end closing responsibilities, including accounting entry adjustments, consolidated cash report preparation, related entity reconciliation, etc.
- Assist with gathering and tracking documents required for tax return preparation with a tax service provider.
- Assist with annual financial statements audit.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the department workflows and internal controls.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned.

- Experience assisting with annual financial statements
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, deliver high-quality results, and be flexible in handling changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional work ethic and 'can-do' positive attitude.
- Self-starter who can work independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual team environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced excel skills preferred.
