Position Summary:


As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives in an evolving environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about exceeding sales targets by delivering demonstrable value to our customers.

You Will:


  • Assess lead quality based on strategic alignment, technology fit, and buying timeline, considering financial implications.
  • Work with marketing to leverage MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer pain points and align company offerings.
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, addressing customer requirements and objections while emphasizing the financial benefits of the proposed solutions.
  • Convey our products confidently and knowledgeably, demonstrating a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), with a keen focus on financial metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and customer lifetime value.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training, coaching, and self-driven learning initiatives, with an emphasis on understanding and leveraging financial considerations in the sales process.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team activities to contribute to the overall success of the sales department, with a focus on aligning sales efforts with financial goals and objectives.

You'll Have:


  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming objections
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving financial goals and objectives.
  • High level of motivation, energy, and persistence in achieving sales goals
