Who we are looking for
We are looking for a talented and experienced User Experience Designer, who has a passion for user-centered design and a product thinking mindset. They will develop a deep domain knowledge of our product areas and work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers and researchers to help develop solutions to complex problems; delivering value to the millions of people that we serve every day.
What you will do:
Translate broad, conceptual ideas into valuable, user-centric solutions.Innovate and employ design-driven strategies to address complex challenges.Collaborate with designers and engineers, guiding the user experience journey from conceptualization to launch and post-launch phases.Develop design flows and experiences characterized by simplicity and elegance, informed by data-driven research.Produce high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Sketch, and craft interactive prototypes using platforms such as InVision.Engage in high-level creative strategy, focusing not only on aesthetics but also on product ideation and construction.
What you should have:
Possess a product-oriented mindset with a passion for resolving intricate problems.Deep comprehension of the entire product development lifecycle, fostering collaboration with design, product management, engineering, and research teams.Proficiency in crafting functional, elegant, and intuitive digital product designs addressing real-world issues, and driving business and customer value.Experience in creating or collaborating on design systems and contributing to their refinement.Strong communication skills to elucidate proposal rationale and navigate complex design challenges across the organization.Display a growth-oriented mindset, embracing problem ownership, navigating ambiguity comfortably, fostering improvement, and maintaining a balanced blend of optimism and humility.
Necessary qualifications:
7+ years of experience in user experience design.A robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions with a focus on visual and interaction design.
Nice to have:
