The Associate Director of Client Services will lead our client engagement strategy, fostering and expanding relationships with our clients. This role combines deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive business growth and client satisfaction. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing oversight and direction to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs.
We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering results that exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:·Develop and execute a client relationship strategy that emphasizes customer centricity and positions the company as a leader in data-driven marketing solutions.·Engage with executive-level stakeholders to maintain a constant dialogue on improving marketing results, leveraging deep functional experience in multi-channel relationship marketing.·Lead strategic planning initiatives, including the development of marketing program strategies, and oversee the delivery of proposals and execution of account plans.·Drive revenue growth and account profitability by identifying development opportunities, managing internal financial forecasts, and ensuring the alignment of our solutions with client objectives.·Provide thought leadership on the application of marketing analytics, advanced measurement frameworks, and technology in creating impactful customer insights.·Mentor and lead a team, fostering career growth and ensuring the team's alignment with our strategic vision and client needs.Qualifications:·Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services/account management, preferably in marketing or a related field.·Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving business growth.·Strong background in database marketing, direct response marketing, and marketing analytics.·Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives and lead cross-functional teams.·Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.·Relevant undergraduate and possibly graduate degree; degrees in technology or mathematics are a plus.·Willingness to travel 5% to 10% of the time.Desirable Skills:·Experience with marketing strategy and planning, including multi-channel relationship marketing and digital media.·Ability to synthesize data, response metrics, and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.·Proficiency in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on career development and leadership.·Comfort with leading solution visioning and design, interfacing directly with clients to understand needs and develop strategic solutions.**No Sponsorship offered for this position**DataLab USA™ is an equal opportunity employer.
