Summary:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data, identifying trends and actionable insights, maintaining dashboards and reports, and documenting processes to optimize revenue generation processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations at Onbe, this role is pivotal in ensuring data accuracy, streamline operations, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
This position is remote, but it's essential that candidates reside within 30 miles of the Metro New York, NY area. The role may occasionally require in-person meetups and travel
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for improving sales and marketing processes.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that visualize key performance metrics for sales and marketing teams.
- Generate regular reports highlighting revenue metrics, conversion rates, and sales funnel efficiency.
- Work on annual planning, dashboard design, process optimization, account management, pipeline analysis, and other revenue-driving activities.
- Monitor progress towards revenue goals and collaborate with teams to adjust strategies as needed.
- Document current state processes and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability in process and inform CRM and other tool enhancements.
- Provide support to front line teams, acting as liaison between sales and other partner teams (Compliance, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Analytics, etc.).
- Assist with special projects related to RevOps, Deal Desk, and analysis, as defined by the Senior Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in sales strategy or business operations roles.
- Strong analytical mentality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous work.
- Good understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems including Sales cycles, CRM, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas.
- Experience with quantitative analysis and modeling, showcasing complex information into easily consumable insights.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, shifting to new tasks as needed to improve revenue.
- Dynamics AND/OR Salesforce & Microsoft Office mandatory.
- Sophisticated Excel and Power Point skills.
- Technical knowledge in SQL, DAX or JSON a major bonus.
The base salary range for this position is between $65,970 to $78,750 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
