How You’ll Make a Difference
As our Receiving and Materials Management Associate, your mission is to receive shipments of stock and inventory at our Rockville lab and ensure that all products ordered arrive in good condition. Your work will allow us to seamlessly and successfully get our transformative cell therapy through clinical trials and to patients who need it most.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Receive, verify, unpack, and distribute all deliveries (materials, consumables and commodities) to Arcellx in accordance with SOPs and specifications.
- Review and complete transactions in the ERP system for multiple Arcellx facilities (internal and external warehouses) to ensure all system transactions are accurate.
- Manage the traceability and flow of materials through the Arcellx network, including inventory management, warehouse/materials management, system updates, transfers, labeling, kitting, and issuing.
- Manage and organize the inventory and replenishment for dedicated storage locations including Kanban locations.
- Development and maintenance of SOPs and Work Instructions controlling the flow of materials within Arcellx.
- Manage, coordinate, and execute outbound shipments, including managing packaging supplies, book courier orders, and pack out shipments.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Effective organization skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
- Ability to bend and lift heavy loads.
- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
