ARETUM is seeking a skilled and dedicated Squirro Developer to join our team. As a Squirro Developer at ARETUM, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Squirro solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Squirro-based solutions to address business requirements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Architect scalable and reliable solutions using Squirro’s capabilities and APIs.
- Develop custom Squirro applications, widgets, and integrations as per project requirements.
- Implement Search capabilities using Squirro.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate advanced analytics and AI algorithms into Squirro solutions.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics to continuously enhance Squirro’s capabilities.
- Collaborating with web developers to integrate search engines across a variety of features
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on Squirro or similar AI-driven platforms.
- Proficiency in C# or Python for Squirro scripting
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and RESTful API integration.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
Preferred
- Scripting in Squirro using Java
- Experience with the .NET framework
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
Other Requirements
- The right candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical disciplines.

- This person must also be able to pass a Public Trust background check/clearance required by the Federal client.
