Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. Our account management team handles a roster of clients in multiple industries and locations across the nation, addressing wide-ranging projects from hiring strategies and employment branding to social media planning and programmatic media management. This vital role requires a go-getter who can hit the ground running. Agency experience, particularly in the recruitment industry, is highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that involve research, media and planning
  • Partnering with clients to determine project strategy and objectives, including go-to-market strategies and campaign executions
  • Preparing and presenting media plans, analyses, and recommendations
  • Establishing, maintaining and managing client budgets
  • Managing all client communications and ensuring client satisfaction with overall project deliverables
  • Anticipating client needs and growing business by offering new products and services
  • Building strong relationships and providing unparalleled customer service
  • Plan and coordinate projects, brief creative teams, and manage budgets.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or English
  • 5+ years working at an advertising, public relations or in-house agency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
  • A creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Proven skills or experience in sales can be helpful
  • Time-management, organization and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Ability to travel (10-15%) to meet with our clients
