For you, that means working in an environment that offers an incredible variety of exciting challenges, and the chance to impact how billions of people engage with their favorite brands.As the Senior PMO Manager at Sinch, functioning as an individual contributor, you will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for providing strategic direction and driving the implementation of project management best practices, governance frameworks, and strategic initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities


·       Define and execute a PMO roadmap aligned with business goals, priorities and objectives.·       Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards and methodologies to ensure consistency, compliance, and transparency.·       Oversee the management of project portfolios, prioritization of initiatives and allocation of resources to optimize organizational value delivery.·       Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance evaluations to assess project health, risks, and opportunities for improvement.·       Build strong relationships with senior leadership, project sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, support, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.·       Act as a trusted advisor, providing timely updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.·       Facilitate effective communication channels, meetings, and reporting mechanisms to disseminate project information and foster collaboration.·       Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance, quality, and outcomes.·       Monitor project dashboards, reports, and metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.·       Lead or support process improvement initiatives within the PMO, leveraging industry best practices, benchmarks, and lessons learned.

Requirements


  • Fluent English and Advanced Spanish;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management, PMO leadership, or related role, with a track record of success in driving project delivery excellence.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, resource allocation, and capacity planning to optimize organizational value delivery.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO, leveraging data-driven insights, metrics, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
