We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director in our St. Louis, MO Office for our ProSource Division. This multi-faceted position develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to drive acquisition, retention, and growing share of wallet for key identified audiences.  As a Marketing Director, you’ll utilize evolving search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website and increase conversion growth.

  You will lead the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and convert visitors and promote sales.   You’ll employ social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns, and identify additional marketing channels to achieve continued growth for the brand as well as review website and online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Responsibilities will evolve over time and flexibility is important.In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Our Marketing Director will:


  • Develop, execute, and analyze to align digital marketing strategies with business goals. Adapt strategies based on data-driven insights and effectively communicate plans to stakeholders, including franchisees, to ensure participation and perceived value. Responsible for presenting and communicating plan strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Oversee front-end website management, with hands-on experience using Sitecore (or similar CMS platform), ensuring seamless user experiences, optimizing site performance, and driving conversions.
  • Provide direction to implement SEO strategies based on website performance, track keyword rankings, and to maximize brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the third-party vendor and/or franchisees to understand their goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, and to align the SEM tactics with digital marketing objectives.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to other digital marketing team members as it relates to various social media platforms, including ad campaign creation, audience targeting, and performance analysis, and support other initiatives pertaining to key marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Stay well-versed in emerging digital marketing tactics, stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation, and achieve campaign objectives.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?


  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or business and 5+ years of creating digital experiences and content.
  • Aptitude for visual and interactive thinking desired.
  • Aptitude for understanding technical subject matters; ability to quickly grasp core ideas of varied and complex topics.
  • User experience testing and working knowledge of SEO best practices preferred.
  • Ability to handle competing and/or tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
