We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take a creative brief and conceptualize web and digital assets that capture the attention of prospective clients through our website, social media, email and other digital channels. The ideal candidate holds a degree and significant experience in graphic or web design, including working in a B2B environment on sales collateral, presentation decks and other visual assets
How You Will Make an Impact:

- Designing and creating unique visual, web and video content that adheres to brand standards to support marketing objectives.
- Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content.
- Create stellar landing pages, webpages, slide decks and graphic collateral for use in the sales process.
- Update and own templates for whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media graphics and other visual marketing elements.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Translate marketing and branding concepts, technical discussions and overall campaign objectives into attractive design strategies.
- Serve as the go-to internal resource for visual design consultation and advice
What You Bring to the Team:
- 4 - 7 yrs of experience designing visual graphics for videos, web, branding, social media and publications, preferably for a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience with Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and XD. Premiere and Audition are a plus.
- Hubspot experience preferred.
- B2B marketing experience preferred, especially for a SaaS or tech company.
- Have a strong portfolio of video, graphic and web design work which demonstrates design thinking and creative problem solving.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams across multiple time zones
