Job purpose:


This is a key senior leadership role responsible for driving the profitable growth of the business and the global strategy.

Job Responsibilities: 


  • Develop comprehensive strategic business plans to deliver the required growth targets.
  • Build Tactical execution plans to deliver the business strategy. These plans should be operationally efficient, and suitable for sustainable scaling and growth. They should include the measurement of KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to assess progress and ensure delivery.
  • Build leadership capability in STEM to ensure an empowering culture to create a great place to work, supporting people development, creating robust succession plans, and improving retention of employees.
  • Support all Business Development Activities as required.
  • Review current value proposition, ensure an innovative focus on future opportunities, and convert into client focused solutions.
  • Partnering with Global Operations, to identify structural improvements and solutions to increase operational excellence and alignment.
  • Maximize the opportunities presented by technology and ensure the integrity of data and the security of systems and key databases.

Essential Requirements:


The ideal candidate who will fill this role will:

  • Have strong commercial and operational experience and acumen.
  • Have the potential to progress to more senior roles within the Inizio organisation.
  • Be experienced in driving operational excellence and efficiency in a Pharmaceutical Service Provider environment.
  • Demonstrate refined leadership skills and an understanding of the interpersonal dynamics that can impede or expedite organisation capability.
  • Be resilient, structured and have a solution focused approach. Demonstrating ingenuity and working in partnership with all parts of the business.
