Job Description
We seek a Senior ServiceNow Architect to assist our DoD customers’ business needs by integrating ServiceNow Cloud Observability solutions into a large-scale multi-cloud environment. This role will be a key team member, overseeing the implementation and technical strategy supporting the ServiceNow platform, associated processes, and external system integration. You will be responsible for guiding the development teams toward best practices while understanding the business needs of the stakeholders.
This architect role will partner with multiple internal and external groups and provide technical feedback to the development team on an ongoing basis.
- You will spearhead the design of scalable ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand and shape business processes and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives and effective use of the ServiceNow platform.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients and teams through ServiceNow's capabilities and best practices, oversee solution implementation, and ensure high-quality code and functional delivery.
- You will design integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless workflows and data integrity, and document strategies for maintaining consistent, automated processes.
- You will establish performance optimization standards and quality assurance processes to enhance solution efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- You will ensure optimal team resourcing and work with project managers to deliver projects on time, maintaining partner status with ServiceNow and keeping stakeholders informed.
- You will utilize a security framework for our ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet compliance standards and work with security teams to maintain a secure environment.
- You will produce detailed technical documentation and encourage knowledge sharing within the practice, staying updated on ServiceNow advancements to offer state-of-the-art solutions.
- You will cultivate strong client relationships, anticipate their needs, and deliver exceptional solutions while guiding and advancing our ServiceNow team's expertise and career development.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
- Experience with multiple cloud service providers (AWS, Microsoft, etc.)
- Able to obtain security clearance if necessary

- Experience in architecting and leading complex solutions and integrations
- Deep understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Exceptional understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
