Job Summary
Hive Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide support to delivery leadership and corporate support to delivery personnel. This is a great opportunity to make a deep impact on our organization from delivery to employee engagement and development.Position Description:
- Serve as a trusted advisor with employees and senior management across all aspects of human capital including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compliance, benefits, etc.
- Consult delivery leadership on comprehensive workforce planning and organizational structure
- Analyze employee engagement & performance trends in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Act as a catalyst for change and serve as a champion to promote Hive’s Core Values and drive cultural initiatives
- Strategize and promote employee engagement initiatives at the company and portfolio level
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to design, develop and implement innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to assess leadership talent and improve the bench strength
- Handle general employee relations escalations including but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, and mediation
- Ensure adherence to all HR policies and any employment-related legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees across different states/regions
- Collaborate with other functions of the HR team such as onboarding and benefits administration to ensure positive employee experience, access to resources, and legal compliance
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, improving working relationships, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Serve as a key resource in developing, administering, and maintaining HR policies/procedures.
- Conduct incident investigations as applicable
- Support design and development of corporate initiatives and programs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-6 years of related experience
- SHRM-CP or PhR preferred
- Master’s Degree in related field preferred
- Experience supporting related functions in Government Contracting preferred
- Experience in instructional design and/or incident investigations preferred
