Job Description:
Responsible for working hand in hand with Events Coordinator to assist with venues and requirements. Responsible for entering listings and keeping all platforms updated. RESPONSABILITIES• Events coordination assistance• Marketing materials updates• Must be able to multi-task.• Organization Skills required.• Experience using Outlook, Excel• Must be able to work independently and as a team.*This position is not limited to the responsibilities listed above.
Marketing Materials:
Responsible for updating marketing materials in all platforms, Box, sales websites, and all platforms: MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, BDX.
Mailchimp:
Email campaigns, design, launch, track, create calendar with email campaigns to be sent, supervised by Promotions Coordinator/Management.
Events:
Hotel, airfare, and transportation coordination Food and beverages coordination.
Websites:
Management and updates.
Social Media:
Instragram and WhatsApp Business support.
Zillow:
Input Community, Listings, Update Pricing, Incentives.
BDX-New Home Source:
Input Community, Listings, Update Pricing, Incentives.
Realtor.com:
Input Community, Listings, Update Pricing, Incentives.
