Main Purpose
To perform and coordinate all customer’s assigned projects, tasks, and managing offshore crews and onshore fabrication, including being a liaison with company engineers, offshore and onshore inspectors, communicating project scheduling during yard operations, communication on project status with customers, communicating project cost estimations and completion of assigned projects within allotted periods.
Essential Functions
- Review customer’s projects, contracts, and ensure an in-depth working knowledge of job specifications, material requirements, completion dates.
- Coordinate and direct project fabrication activities with appropriate operational personnel to ensure an open flow of communication avoiding delays, cost overruns, and fabrications errors.
- Maintain positive liaison with customer’s engineers, offshore/onshore customer inspectors, and management to ensure an open line of communication regarding customer concerns and complaints, and follow-up accordingly with all applicable company management.
- Assist the client in developing associated onshore and offshore estimated budgets.
- Communicate with onshore operations team regarding material delivery and material specification to ensure coordination of operational fabrication functions to meet customer’s schedules.
- Review and approve material requisitions and request from customer regarding job specification requirements.
- Work closely with operations for planning, scheduling, and progression of projects.
- Maintain positive customer relations, facilitating two-way communication between management and customer.
- Ensure material and equipment needs are being properly planned and staged in advance of the work to assure an efficient workflow.
- Review schedules, budgets, and work order to provide feedback on project progress to customer.
- Team leader in safety and knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
- Communicating with operations team and superintendents for planning, moving equipment and personnel to offsite locations.
- Review of JSEA’s and compliance with safety protocols.
- Able to pull measurements, make drawings on excel ISO template and familiar with construction fabrication material.

Job Requirements
· Must have a minimum of 10 years offshore construction / onshore fabrication experience.· Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.· Must be able to pass a background check.· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.· TWIC card· Pass T-Huet (Water Survival Training)
Preferred Qualifications
Highschool diploma or GED.
