Media Buying and Paid Social Expertise:
- Lead purchasing across multiple channels to enhance campaign ROI.
- Manage both agency-led and in-house campaigns across major social platforms, optimizing advertising impact through targeted creative strategies.
- Track and optimize spending to enhance campaign performance.
Team Leadership:
- Provide direction and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Set goals, review performance, and encourage professional development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external partners to integrate marketing efforts with overall business plans.
- Effectively communicate marketing achievements and insights to stakeholders.
Budget and Performance Management:
- Oversee budget allocation based on strategic priorities and monitor marketing effectiveness through established KPIs.
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, particularly in D2C, media buying, and paid social.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms like Northbeam.io.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
