Your Day-to-Day:
- Act as a scheduling liaison for your Executive partners by managing calendars, paying close attention to prioritizing their time most effectively.
- Provide meeting support through scheduling, preparation, note taking, setting up calls/videos, and providing follow up + action items.
- Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including general organization, booking travel, processing expenses and updating contacts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute speaking engagements and events.
- Coordinate and prepare for executive and company meetings and conference calls; including the arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering.
- Handle ad hoc projects and personal assistance, on an as-needed basis.
- Support the wider Marketing and Brand Strategy teams in day to day tasks and logistics.
Key Projects:
- Our EAs work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications from external and internal sources.

What you bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, at least one of which supporting a C-level executive (experience at fast-growing startup, a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional level experience.
- Able to engage with senior executives, investors and entrepreneurs in a professional manner.
- Keen sense of organization and project management and you can skillfully manage multiple calendars at a fast pace.
- Experience managing complex professional and personal calendars.
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at the same time.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Professional communicator, both written and verbal skills.
- Passion for helping others.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and other collaborative tools.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to quickly complete complex tasks, with little or no supervision.
- Excellent follow-up and follow through skills.
- Ability to stay on top of and anticipate competing and changing priorities.
- Commitment to the mission, vision, and objectives of the organization.
At Group Black we believe in leveraging our hiring process as a way to support transparency. The monthly pay for this opportunity is $6,250 - $7,000.
