Job Overview:
As a Client Services Analyst, you will function as a liaison between NationsBenefits and our clients, working hand in hand with the rest of our Client Services team to fulfill deliverables and tasks for those clients. You will use independent, professional judgement to define specific deliverables and ensure those deliverables execute to plan and expectations with our senior client services leaders. You serve as a member, and sometimes a leader, of a small team that provides immersive service and consultation to key clients.
You will work with clients as well as other departments to identify and resolve client abrasion and other issues. You manage client implementation projects and demonstrates complex decision ability on behalf of the company and clients. Your role may include analyzing data, preparing monthly and quarterly reviews, and providing expert project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencing, documenting, and reporting out client deliverables
- Recommending implementation plans and creating implementation plans for delivery to clients
- Ensuring client care and execution to plan with other departments
- Curating a client-specific collection of marketing materials, templates, presentations, plans, and other deliverables
- Managing member issues on first-call resolution basis, solving both routine and high-stakes complaints
- Performing research and data analysis to determine root cause of issues.
- Reporting on relationship health, project plan status, and other deliverables weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Cross functional collaboration in creating informational content such as business review presentations and new client growth opportunities
- Crafting public-facing and client-facing content, including emails and marketing materials
- Training clients on new tools and reports
Critical Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1 years’ experience in a business/administrative/support role.
- General Microsoft Office formatting, including Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Visio
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Timely completion of tasks and exceptional attention to detail
- Listening skills and eagerness to learn
- Drive to succeed and grow in a highly visible role
- Previous Healthcare industry is a plus but not required
