The Role:


As the SDR Director at Traba, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales efforts and the staffing industry at large. Leading a team of 10+ Sales Development Representatives to start, you'll drive our top-of-the-funnel lead generation, nurture budding relationships with prospective businesses, and uphold the Traba brand as an industry ambassador. As the team expands, you will have the opportunity to recruit and oversee SDR Managers, further strengthening our sales development team.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop and implement advanced strategies for lead generation and sales development to directly support the company's ambitious growth goals.

  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of 10+ SDRs, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous enhancement.

  • Ensure the team upholds and expands Traba's brand presence through exceptional service standards and robust relationship management.

  • Oversee the strategic use of Salesforce and other sales tools, ensuring best practices in account management and efficiency in sales processes.

  • Regularly evaluate team performance, set clear goals, and conduct performance reviews to continuously improve productivity and effectiveness.

  • Drive strategic alignment with other departments such as Growth, Field & Events, and Marketing to enhance overall lead generation and operational synergy.

  • Foster a dynamic team culture that embodies a "do whatever it takes" attitude and a passionate commitment to contributing to a rapidly expanding tech company.

What We’re Looking For:



  • Demonstrated experience in sales development and business development, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles with increasing responsibility.

  • A proven track record of successfully managing lead generation, formulating sales strategies, and creating sustainable partnerships.

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, able to inspire, motivate, and guide a large team towards achieving strategic objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively representing the Traba brand.

  • Expertise in Salesforce and other sales tools, utilizing technology to maximize sales performance.

  • Resilience and a robust work ethic, suited for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive, results-driven approach to meeting challenges.

  • Superior organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Salary Range Details


The compensation range for this position is set between $160,000 and $180,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
