As Specialist, Paid Social you will be in a key role managing paid social campaigns and execution.

This role is based in Panama City, Panama and is 100% remote.Success in this role will be determined by your ability to move the organization forward through improved operational processes, accuracy/efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Responsibilities in Paid Social


Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:

  • Formulate paid social strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives
  • Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management
  • Write ad copy, develop audience strategies and manage bidding/optimization
  • Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting and related tasks
  • Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and optimization
  • Work closely with third party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes
  • Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback and other vital project details
  • Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op’s success

Requirements


  • A bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data or another related field
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing paid social trafficking platforms for campaign setup and reporting (FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords for YouTube, etc.)
  • Legal right to work in Panama
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the basics of paid social metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
  • Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency
