Messangi is looking for a Technical Lead to be a part of a team of talented engineers who build and integrate services that continuously improve our ability to provide products to customers while simultaneously delivering industry leading availability. Will be responsible to oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules
Responsibilities
- Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
- Analyzing customer´s needs and then finding solutions to serve them
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
- Analyzing existing solutions and projects to identify areas of improvement
- Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience managing projects
- Excellent programming skills with desired understanding of Angular, Node.js, Java, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience working with GIT
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide creative ideas to solve them
- Intermediate knowledge of microservices
- Fluent English - written and verbal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
