El Business Sales Manager s
e enfoca en el desarrollo del plan de negocios de los proveedores/socios para agregar valor a su negocio.

  • Supervisar campañas, promociones, ventas regionales y locales
  • Aprobar viajes y gastos de los colaboradores bajo su división
  • Entrenar a nuevos miembros del equipo de ventas
  • Dirigir y coordinar todas las actividades de venta bajo su división
  • Manejar y dar solución a quejas de clientes acerca de los productos o servicios
  • Asesorar a empleados acerca de las políticas y los procedimientos de operaciones standard
  • Desarrollar y mantener conexiones con clientes principales
  • Asignar cuotas de venta y objetivos para los PSM trimestralmente
  • Supervisar y dirigir el rendimiento del equipo de ventas
  • Identificar mercados emergentes para encontrar nuevas oportunidades de venta
  • Manejar presupuesto de viaje y gastos de la división según lo asignado por el director comercial
  • Consolidar por división de los planes de negocio
  • Nota: La posición puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado.

EstudiosUniversitario o Graduado en las carreras de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Comerciales y afines.ExperienciaRequiere un mínimo de 3 años en el mercado de tecnología con canales y fabricantes.InformáticaMicrosoft Office – Avanzado (Excluyente)  IdiomasInglés – Nivel Avanzado (Preferentemente)ConocimientosConocimientos y experiencia en dirigir y gestionar Proyectos de IT, Ventas de servicios informáticos.
