The Role
At SellerX we are growing our Finance Department and now we are looking for an Accountant Bookkeeper (x/f/m) to join our team. You will help us maintain accurate and timely records of our financial transactions.
Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Provide support on month-end closing, accounting transactions, daily accounting operation, reconciliation on accounting ledgers, and financial analytical reports
- In charge of bookkeeping includes recording, categorizing transactions and reconciliations
- Support on e-banking and online payment portal operations for payment
- Support on sales invoices and settlement transactions on different online marketplaces
- Support on balance sheet ledger reconciliations
- Liaise with external and internal business partners for monthly reports, AP, AR, tax, and audit
- Finance operations and projects support on system and SOP implementation
- Assist in the assigned ad hoc projects
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent
- Good understanding of accounting concepts with 3 years or above relevant experience
- Ability to produce accurate and informative data and self-organizing with large volume of data
- Ability to prioritize on time management regardless of work location and time zone
- Proficiency in various financial ERP systems (NetSuite) and strong skills in Excel
- Adaptive to change and challenges with a positive can-do attitude
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
Working Hours: Philippine HoursHybrid Work Set-Up: 2 days office, 3 days remote
